In English, words aren't pronounced like their spelling.
Like each "C" in Pacific Ocean is said differently.
IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) correctly represents sounds of a word. For example in english-new-york accent it would be --
It's not hidden but it's hard to find.
This is a work in progress, the IPA are mostly an approximation. The ref chart doesn't make accent distinctions yet.

• Do NOT try to read fast, be slow but accurate. Reading inaccurately will just train your muscles with wrong muscle memory.
• A common trick is, putting pencil between teeth and trying to speak accurate, this makes muscles try harder to reach the correct spots, and hence learn better.

Touching items (the IPA or the IPA of the word loaded) in the chart plays audio for them, using a bad lightweight TTS player.
Please don't rely on the audio to be accurate, it is at most a rough estimation.

If people around you understand you well, why bother?
A faster way to sound clearer for english, is "Open your mouth wider, make jaw go more lower when speaking"
"Speak slowly" and "Be less nasal" (Pinch nose then say "baa", nose must not vibrate when saying that).
